Hi All!!
Just wanted to let you know that I will be making an attempt to send out a weekly newsletter to connect with the wonderful community that I have had the privilege of getting to know in the Memphis area. I will be sharing information as I am guided to do.
There is much transformation taking place at this time; in the Memphis area and within each of us. This past Saturday, June 6th, there was a noticeable shift of energy that entered the area between 5 and 5:30 pm. This energy served to disconnect, detach and recalibrate each of us wherever we are on our journey at this time. I have been discussing this 'shift' with friends in other areas as it also ocurred as a ripple wave that appears to have happened worldwide. I would be interested to hear if you felt this ripple of energy and how it is affecting you and your path.
For me there was much clarity and many things that have come up over the last few years were brought into perspective. My guidance even shared with me a few days before the shift happened that it was coming and the energies we are now feeling will intensify for the next few weeks building upon the solstice energies. We have much to look forward to and are being encouraged to focus on moving forward as we are being assisted in creating that which will replace all that is being restructured.
The Christ Consciousness is moving onto the planet at an accelerated rate and the
pace is about to quicken even more. You will find that you have more clarity, more
heightened sensitivity, a clearer connection to your angels and guides, more energy
followed by enthusiasm and motivation for getting things done and finding your niche.
The energy that is arriving now is the energy that will carry us into 2013. It is
a pure energy that encourages setting your boundaries, accepting responsibility for
yourself and your words, thoughts and actions, and detaching from that which no longer
serves your present journey. You will find that lightening the load will aide you
tremendously in moving forward. And that is the goal -
We are moving into the next plateau of our work. If you are not sure how that is defined for you, it will be made clear and may not necessarily be in the manner you may have thought. The objective is to remain open and receptive to what the universe and your guidance is sending you. We are encouraged to allow our paths to unfold. We can take control to a certain extent and then resistance is filtered in, so it is my experience to allow Source to work through me and watch it all unfold as it time after time facilitates the perfect place and situation for me and my personal and spiritual growth.
I share this information in hopes that it assists you on your journey and also to let you know, or just to remind you, that we are NEVER alone. You are surrounded by angels and guides that are eager to assist you as well as extended family who are also experiencing much the same transformational growth as you are. The times we are in are a blessing to each of us as well as a call to service. I hope this is a bit thought provoking for you and that you will open yourself to being all you can be and do. As we focus on the beauty, blessings and miracles that we are constantly surrounded with, there is no room for the negativity generated by the media or other means. Only LOVE can exist in the space that is created for us by our angels and guides as we connect to them and accept their assistance and direction.
Source provides tools as well as certain experiences that help us to acclimate to
and integrate these energies. We are blessed as Source continues to place in our
path people and situations that facilitate change for us. You need never to wonder
what you are supposed to do to while dealing with transition and/or transformation.
You are always brought together with just the right person who can help you at just
the right time and place. As much of a cliche' as it is.......'Trust the process'
and when you feel you need it -

Hi All!!
Just following through with the newsletter I have committed to sending out weekly to connect with the wonderful community that I have had the privilege of getting to know in the Memphis area. I will be sharing information as I am guided to do and encourage you all to share as you journey along. We have much we can teach each other.
Last Friday when the storms hit our area I was downtown at The Sanctuary feeling the changes that are all around us at this time. I watched the storm snap a huge tree into and rip the roof off the building across the street from the store. As I soon made my way home, I had no idea of what I was going home to. Traffic was chaotic and it took seemingly forever to get home. As I traveled home, I received several phone calls that let me know that Byhalia (my home) had been hit by a tornado and had sustained serious damage. Byhalia is a small town and we have had storms come close to us before, but in 30 years of living there, we have never seen the likes of the storm that came through last Friday.
I had loved ones in Byhalia as well as traveling out in the storm. When I got home, my brother met me at the drive way. He had weathered the storm from Knoxville. My daughter, Ashley, had made her way from Olive Branch (an area also sustaining serious damage) to Cordova. My husband was at the only grocery store in Byhalia managing the chaos of the crowd.
There was a wonderful oak tree that many of you have heard me talk of that was hundreds of years old out back of our house. We had a sacred relationship to this huge tree and lovingly referred it as 'the Elders'. At one time, it had three trunks. Over the course of the last ten years, we had lost two parts of the tree. We talked to the tree many years ago and expressed our desire of how we needed the tree to fall when and if it ever fell so as not to damage any of our structures. The first two parts that fell did so just as we had asked. As I arrived home Friday, that was the final thought as I got out of my car, 'I wonder how the oak tree handled the storm?' My brother informed me that it didn't make it. Not only did it not make it but it fell on the back of our house.
After the second part of the tree had fallen several years ago, I communed with the tree inquiring the path that things were going and expressed our attachment to the tree and all it had weathered not just in the many years that we have been with it but the hundreds of years before that. The tree communicated that we would be gone before the final part of it fell. It expressed much change was ahead for us.
As I emotionally went to be with the tree, realizing that a dear friend was moving on, it communicated to me that things were now going to be moving very fast. What I had been waiting on was, in fact, already in progress and that very soon we would relocate and things would take on a new look. My guidance ALWAYS gives me direction through signs. While I was waiting on a certain set of circumstances to happen believing that we would be gone when the tree fell, I never imagined that the falling of the tree would signal the changes that had been set in motion.
It was very obvious that the tree struggled with the wind not to fall on the house, but lost that struggle. It could have taken out a third of the house, but instead affected only a portion of the third. It made it very clear that I understood the message that was delivered as it fell on a certain area of the house that is specific to me.
It has been a very long weekend without electricity in the heat and the 'luxuries' of technology that we have all become so accustomed to. I had an awesome visit with my brother as there was nothing to interfere with our time together. I spent the weekend, when I was not focused on the intense purification process that I was in the middle of (LOL), deciphering the message that had been sent.
All of my loved ones are safe, including my dear feline companions. As a matter of fact, with all the damage the Memphis and Mississippi area sustained, I did not hear of any fatalities. I am filled with infinite love and gratitude for that fact and also for the unmistakable message that was sent.
I am not sure how many of you know, but my spiritual name is MotherWind (Madra=mother & Gayle=wind). So the manner in which this message was delivered was very significant to me. On the wind, and through the tree. I have received many messages through the wind and trees, but never quite so profound.
I experienced such an outpouring of love from my extended family and friends. So many called to check on me and offer their assistance. I received so many responses to the last newsletter and encouragement to keep it up. I feel so blessed as well as grateful for the change that is coming. I am ready. I am honored that the Divine Source is using me to reach out to others in facilitating their transitions and transformations.
It is obvious and will become more so that we are in a state of expansion. Do not hold yourself or allow yourself to be held back. This is a time for moving forward and detaching from whatever may be holding you back. Surrender to the higher vibrational energies allowing yourself to be in that state of expansion knowing that the Universe will utilize you to the fullest extent. The time is NOW! The change is US!

Much is coming in at this time. I share the above information with you to once again validate and confirm that everything is in Divine Order. The Solstice energies were about purification and renewal. The purification process we are experiencing is a profound one.

The THEME for the next 3 months is change, change and more change. I reiterate that
with the eclipses of July and August (Lunar eclipse July 7, Solar eclipse and super
moon July 21 and Lunar eclipse August 6) the opportunity for change and transcendence
is magnanimous. We have not seen the astrological setup that will be in July and
August since 2002. This was the year EVERYTHING in my life changed. I really didn’t

INFINITE LOVE & GRATITUDE to You All!
If you are receiving this email newsletter, it’s because you have touched my life by allowing me to share in your journey. At one time or another, I have had the honor of facilitating transformation and sharing guidance with you that was life changing for both of us.
Right now there is a chain of events happening for all of us. The Universe is sitting back, watching and observing to see if we are going to allow the miracles into our lives that it’s offering up! I am filled with Infinite Love & Gratitude for you all and the difference you’ve made in my life. I am feeling the auspicious energy that is being sent our way as I see so many being touched by it. There is a process of release taking place that is creating an intense purification for everyone. No doubt, it is an emotional time. I truly feel the energy of Love permeating all around me. My heart expands in a way that seems hard for it to remain in the boundaries of my physical chest. I continue to feel blessed by the kindness shown me by my extended family. Appreciation doesn’t even begin to express my feelings. I am overwhelmed at the miracles my Guidance and the Universe is turning out. I am excited, enthusiastic and eager to begin this next phase of my journey.
There are shifts taking place on every level for me right now, as I am sure is true
for everyone. I encourage you all to open your hearts and let the Divine Light fill

Hi All!
The energies of the solar eclipse super new moon in cancer that we experienced 7/21 & 22 have many in a whirlwind. My guidance continues to emphasize that the energies of the present time are all about change. This includes everyone as well as the planet. Change is the growth that we are reaching for. Most of us do not like change finding it very uncomfortable. We aspire for growth and expansion but wish to bypass the ‘change’. Some even tend to forgo the growth and expansion rather than accepting change as part of that process. Simply put, growth is not possible without the change.
For me, July has been one of the most challenging months I’ve experienced in a while. There has been really high peaks followed by really low peaks and I have physically felt the need to pull back and just be in the present moment. My guidance tells me that I am definitely transitioning and September will find me in a completely new place. I understand this to be a new plateau as well as the literal space that I will find myself in. I gladly open myself to receiving that which the Universe and Spirit present me with. I also trust that I will know what to do with that which is presented to me. And though I trust the process, it is still uncomfortable for me as it is for others. Where you are on your journey determines the intensity of the change and growth at this time.
We cannot know what each moment will hold for us. We can TRUST that in any given moment we are totally guided and directed in a manner that is correct and appropriate for us at that time and that we will receive the knowledge to enable us to move forward. We are at a point in time where we are moving forward at an accelerated rate. The energies we are in now encourage releasing the past and anything that does not serve the Higher Good, individually and collectively. Many signs indicate that the Universe and Spirit are assisting us in releasing past conditioning and building upon a foundation that will carry us into the ‘Golden Age of Consciousness’.

I have heard it said that it was too bad this life didn’t come with an instruction manual. Ah, but it did. We are just intent on learning as we go rather than opening up that manual and following instructions. Astrologically speaking, the Universe is setting us up by facilitating the changes that are necessary in the next few years to acclimate to transformation taking place physically, mentally and spiritually with each of us as well as the glorious planet we inhabit. We are guided by the Universal energies at all times and the sun, moon and planets are our ‘instructions’. If we follow along and pay attention, the yellow brick road will appear.
We are growing and changing by leaps and bounds right now. We are definitely feeling the ‘growing pains’ associated with personal and spiritual evolution. We are clearly feeling the releasing and cleansing that is moving us into higher vibrational frequencies. We are feeling the internal movements that signify metamorphosis and we are aware of the whisper of our soul that says ‘The time is NOW. You can wait no longer.”
While the stage is being set and we are donning our costumes, the opening act has already begun. We are rushing around trying to find our places and remember our lines and putting the finishing touches on our costumes. When the curtain raises and the lights go on, we will be exactly where we are supposed to be and look exactly like the unique and Divine beings that we are. We will be able to express ourselves in a manner that the Divine will sit back and smile and think, “We ALWAYS knew they could do it!!”
My intention is to project empowerment to everyone I connect with. I enjoy helping others find their personal power and build upon it. My focus is to remind others that ‘we are never alone on this journey’ and we are all a part of the Divine Oneness. I consider myself blessed to share this journey with you as each and every connection I have made and continue to make enriches my life beyond measure.

Hi All!
I started writing my newsletters with the intention of making others aware of the energies that we are working with at any given time. I feel it is important to get this information out to the masses so we can focus on moving forward regardless of the hurdles that appear seemingly out of nowhere. The timing of this newsletter as it started several months ago could not have been more appropriate. We have encountered some powerful waves of energy and can be assured that there are more to come.
It is my hope that you are utilizing the information provided to navigate your journey and understand the twists and turns that are showing up. The energies of the next few days will be as intense as it gets. We are in the throes of a Full Moon Lunar eclipse at this time with a wave of energy coming in right behind the Full Moon and then we have the 'Lion's Gate' or 'Infinity Gate' on Saturday, 8/8. The shifts that have occurred and those still to come are amplified by the fact that we are in a number 11 year. If you recall, 11 is a Master Number and is about transcendence. The energies of this entire year are about transcendence. We have been gifted with the opportunity to change anything in our life that is no longer working for us. To add to this, the Universe is also working to assist us with detaching from anything that is not for our Highest Good. We are seeing this individually and collectively as the infrastructure of the planet, economy, and so on, continues to be restructured.
Are you feeling the 'pressure' to change? Are you feeling the metamorphosis that is taking place at a cellular level? Your soul is calling to you to 'wake up' and step into your truth. Your guidance is nudging you to open to your highest potential, spread your wings and let yourself soar. Focus on the present moment and that which is right in front of you. Ask your guidance to assist you in utilizing the present energies in a way that strengthens, empowers and helps you to be all that you can be while removing anything that doesn't serve your Highest Good. We are here to assist each other as we move into a new paradigm. Rest assured that we are not alone. As we join together, it’s going to be an auspicious journey!

“The first thing I received was to expect more potency in the human energy amplification, and expect there to be shorter intervals in between the surges. Though the eclipses and New Moons will be used as the primary source of frequency upgrades, 'blending,' neutralization and magnification, every single experience that we magnetize to ourselves right now, will also be sourced for upgrade. The voltage of energy that we human beings have carried in the third dimension is not sufficient to work in the fourth, fifth, sixth and beyond dimensions that we are moving to.

Hi All,
Many are expressing feelings of fatigue along with confusion and pressure. We underwent a tremendous shift last weekend and are really feeling the remnants of it. Many of us have felt this way for several months now as we were being prepared and the necessary energies were moving into place. My guidance tell me that things are going to be easing up, but the feelings of fatigue and confusion will likely remain for the next month. We have a Super New Moon on 8/20, which will amplify the emotions associated with this fatigue and confusion we are feeling. Emotions will facilitate release if you allow them to. Again, nurturing yourself is the best way to move through these energies. Sleep if you feel guided to sleep. The energies can work with you during this time, as there is no resistance to downloads, uploads, encoding and decoding.
I wanted to share a dream I had just the other day as it had a really profound message
that I feel is worthy of sharing. I have an animal companion named Shadow (a bobcat/manx
cat) that has been in spirit for several years now. This companion was and still
remains a wonderful teacher and healer. As he came to me in the dream, I realized
that I could touch him -
This is not the first time my guidance has shared with me this information. But the manner in which it was illustrated this time really made an impression in me. I have always said my guidance knows how to get my attention.

If something doesn’t resonate with you, take what you need and leave the rest – or pass it on to someone else who may also benefit from it. In passing on these messages even though they may say some of the same things, the difference in the wording carries a different vibration therefore the frequency of one channeling may not click for you but another channel may be exactly what is in your thoughts. There is still some shifting ahead, but September is going to find us feeling much better about things and where we are on our journeys. We are going to be busier albeit more comfortable in the energies. I find it hard to believe that the end of August approaches and yet it has been one heck of a ride so far this year. As I realize how I have been guided to create the changes I wanted in my life and how they have come about, I am excited to see how the next four months play out!

Hi All,
Wow! It has been a week! Many are experiencing anger/rage and intense emotions. The
energy now is very active and unstable at the same time. I have physically been vibrating
for 2 days now. I actually feel a quaking in my physical body. My guidance continues
to wake me up at 4-
I have undergone an alignment that has me totally focused on my path and purpose
at this time while continuing the expansion. I feel I have moved into my ‘new’ place
and it looks very different in many ways. It feels wonderful! I know that I am here
to assist or facilitate in expanded awareness taking place at this time. As someone
who carries a lot (really a LOT) of Mother energy, I feel I am being used as a channel
to reach out to others with total unconditional love as many cannot get to that place
of unconditional love at this time-
My guidance is now channeling openly through me in ways I never imagined. Do not be apprehensive as we have moved into a wonderful place – and it’s exactly where we are supposed to be – and it is perfect for us at this time. My current alignment is almost complete – a few tweaks here and there, but the understanding of my expanded abilities and my Divineness are more vivid than ever before. I know that I am capable of creating – not manifesting – anything and I am eager to be all that I am. The possibilities are limitless for all of us now.
As we share, we facilitate the growth of others as well as assisting the planet in
the expansion taking place. It is true that the planet doesn’t really need assistance
for it is totally self-
This is changing rapidly. So many are waking up as we have moved into the 5th dimension and things do not look or feel the same because they are not. We can feel truth and what is not. We can simply no longer tolerate anything that is false or pretense. We are now laying the templates for the 6th, 7th and 8th dimensions as the templates for the 5th dimension have been in place for a while and are now fully activated.
A new guide that speaks to me says it is important that we release and allow the frequencies associated with the 5th dimensional energies to transmute any unresolved issues within as well as anything that is not love. If you find negative energies surfacing, it is beneficial to surround yourself with love because in the energy of love nothing impure can exist. Love always transmutes fear, anger, guilt, sadness, and any emotion that is not for your higher good. We are here to experience these emotions but we are NOT these emotions. We are pure, unconditional love and we are returning to that Divine blueprint.
There is much enthusiasm and motivation for moving without hesitation to deliver information to others pertinent for their journey, as well as facilitating the opportunity for sharing in group gatherings for the specific purpose of raising the vibration at a more accelerated rate individually, collectively and geographically. As you realize more of the 5th dimensional energies, you will be more connected and more closely plugged in to your guides and guidance. Your senses and abilities will be amplified. You will find yourself seeing, feeling, hearing, smelling and ‘knowing’ things you did not before. Simply put, your awareness will be keener than ever before.
Sit with yourself in silence for just a moment as you honor yourself and repeat to
yourself ‘I love you, totally and unconditionally, just the way you are for you are
perfect as was the Master Jesus, and no less a Master.’ As one of my life-
The 5th dimensional energies are allowing us to see our Divine selves and though we may be apprehensive about the responsibility that goes with that Divineness, we can move into it with grace and ease knowing we have the support and encouragement of all the Masters. We are stepping into our ‘new’ place – our ‘new’ home – within ourselves that feels more appropriate with each passing moment. As you feel the tweaking taking place – know that you are one step closer to that Divine Blueprint and the Divine Being that you truly are. As the veil continues to thin in this new reality, enjoy every opportunity you have to give and receive love, for as you do, you facilitate the alignment taking place.
It seems my channel at this time could go on and on about Love ~~smile~~ but says that the point has been made. Open yourself to the love that you are and are worthy of. Love yourself as you love others always in all ways.

Hi All!
Lately – or since we have moved into our new offices at 2956 Stage Plaza – 11:11
has been paramount in and on my journey. It was shown to me at the time we knew we
would be moving into the office that the address numbers added up to 11:11 (2=9=11
and 5=6=11) and that it was indeed an 11:11 portal. I was also shown and continue
to be shown the importance this 11:11 portal would be in facilitating the expansion
of the consciousness of this area. From the beginning I was guided to point this
out to everyone. I have been guided to further honor the energies of 11:11 by facilitating
sacred ceremonial gatherings on the specific dates that are 11:11 stargates in the
new office that is an 11:11 portal. To further validate my feelings on this auspicious

What does 11:11 mean exactly? 11:11 is a portal that transcends time and anything occurring within it. So on those special dates that numerologically add up to 11:11 you have the gift of transcending your life in a manner of grace and ease more so than at any other time.

As I have pointed out before, 2009 is an 11 year, which is a master number and is all about transcendence. So the 11:11 dates are even more pertinent in this yearly time frame because the total emphasis is on TRANSCENDENCE.
Love is the most powerful transcendence tool available to us. As we continue this year of transcendence, we are being guided to use this tool to change anything that we feel is not working in our life. Have you ever noticed how love can change an abused child or animal’s life? Have you ever observed a neglected plant that is all of sudden showered with love and attention? It completely changes the dynamics of the being at a cellular level and in a seemingly brief period of time can make this being a totally different being.
When someone says that they are just not ‘love, love, love’ kind of people, I have often told them that they might at least try it to see how it changes their life. These people are actually missing that deep and profound love at a very soul level which is actually exactly what they need to transcend their life or their circumstances.
When we come here we are pure and unadulterated love. As we develop and grow we experience
other emotions and in fact are taught that there is love versus hate, good versus
bad, etc. Everything stems from love initially. We learn to establish that if what
we’re not feeling is love it has a tag of another name – anger, fear, hate, guilt,
depression, despair, and so on. And many times we become our emotions and they rule

Many speak of love, but do not truly work in or practice the energy of unconditional love. This is love whereby there are no expectations or stipulations attached to the love: “I love you because…” “I love you when…” I love you as…” I love you for…”
Unconditional love is loving for no apparent reason. Just because you feel that love

from our abilities, responsibilities and what we are so very capable of with this
phrase. Again I point out that when we arrive in this world-
I am an eternal optimist. In my cellular makeup it is encoded that ‘GOODNESS AND LOVE WILL PREVAIL’. It has always without exception been the case in my life.
There are things we may not understand occurring on this planet now that do not seem to be in the energy of love. The situation, experience, or circumstance becomes that which is focused on. If the focus is death, violence, hate, war, discrimination, etc., this is because the aspect of love is missing from the picture. Again, we are told to use the tool of unconditional love to transcend these situations, experiences and circumstances.
We have been through so much up until now. We have released and cleansed a ton of 'stuff',and have detached from so very much. Now some are experiencing a very different 'pain' that feels like it is getting the best of them. We are experiencing the letting go of tremendous issues at a soul level. That is why it feels like the 'issues' are winning and why it feels so difficult for us to get beyond the point on our journey where we currently are. As always, we are being assisted by Spirit, but we must be willing to surrender; thereby trusting that we will come out in a very different place as very different beings.We are at the most difficult part of our journey and being assisted in multiple ways to move beyond. Just as we have gotten through everything up until now, so too will we evolve from here.

"God Will Use Anything." Consider it an alert as we continue on the fast track to the end of this cycle in time.
"It appears that humanity is grappling and misinterpreting personal (and global) experience at a time when we cannot afford to have that be the case. For now, let's focus on personal experience, (more at a later date about the global aspect.)
Humanity has long had a challenge with the true nature of experience, thanks to a mind and ego that believes they know everything about experience. They do not, and we must cease consorting with them in regards to personal experience if we are to stop the lies and discover the gems that we truly are and at long last rise up to meet our magnificent Selves. Experience is what we took on skin and bones to heal by, not to use against any other or ourselves.
In order to ordain a shift in consciousness, the Truth about every single experience we have (or had) must no longer be misconstrued or buried alive, or we will go into the recycling bin, yet again.
Right relationship to experience is the only way to unlock ancient, damaging belief systems and patterns of behavior that will end personal, ancestral and collective suffering once and for all and lay in the path for our grand ascension. We were the ones sent in for this hero's journey. Please take that in for a moment. It will help put your worth into proper perspective.
Vital for understanding, is that the Universe and our Souls only give us experiences that we desire for awakening be they from an unconscious or conscious state of mind. (A bit hard to believe sometimes isn't it?)
Truth is, neither you nor I always understand what we truly ask for or desire when we make a plea to the Universe, or quietly make a wish. Our request or desire typically comes from the longings and fantasies of the surface mind, but the Soul catches it and course corrects it, for our highest good, not our deepest longings.
A typical request sent out from us is usually one that asks for an experience to be loved, to be at peace, to get clear, to have abundance, or to know the truth about God.
What we are sent, or magnetize in the form of experience, is a prop -
As we get closer and closer to the end of a long and suffering age and enter into a highly upgraded, Divinely civilized and loving new age, we will come upon an energetic entrance gate, if you will.
Standing at that gate will be our Higher Selves. The job of our Higher Selves, at that point, is to assure that we are very close to our authentic and Divine natures and that our lower selves' shadows have lightened up, by way of experience and authenticity, not intellect. We are each going to be made accountable for holding up our end of the Light in clarity, as we enter new dimensions and merge with parallel realities.
The fastest way to insure that this be made so is for our very own individuated Souls, which are connected to the One God Soul, to be able to use our personal experiences as a means to that end.
This Divine plan is being greatly misunderstood, particularly now. It has many believing that they are not worthy, they are broken, bereft, their guides and angels have left and that God must be on a permanent hiatus. None of that is true. Believing any or all of it is cause for major setback, the appearance of limitations, burnout and a continuation of creating separation between you and God.
We must always remember that the primary reason for any experience we ever have is to bring us back to the Heart of God, which is the only heart that we can live with anymore. Only through this heart are we are able to live our lives upward and ascend in the Truth of who we are, "not who we are not."
That is a lot for us accustomed to human nature, to deeply embrace, though it is the Truth.
It is also the Truth that God will use anything or anyone as part of our experience to set us free, including the conclusion of a job, the ending or beginning of a relationship, a change in residence, a homeless person, or our very own children. Bless our hearts and our agreements."

Wow! Just when we thought things could not be more intense, here comes 09-
Following is a most appropriate channeling for the present course.
“The Portal of 9-
I come at this time to speak with you all and to bring your attention to the perfect time to begin your own alchemical process of transmutation, and one which can heal yourself and your Earth Mother.
The Sacred Geometry of shapes is mathematical, and being of such, it involves numbers that are sacred vibrations that can be used to anchor into yourself and into the Earth Mother, much positive and potent energy and light at this time.
The number nine is a humanitarian number, it is about bringing things together within
the circle, but it is also about endings. But dear ones, endings are not the finality
with which so many of you associate the word. An ending is merely an alchemical process
that allows for a transmutation -
This can be aided and assimilated through use of Sacred Geometry and Numerology,
both of which are ancient and well used principals. Coming soon in your Earth calendar,
is a very sacred day of 9-
Now children, if you open yourselves to these energies at this time and work to bring the energies into the Earth Mother, then you will be automatically and substantially, healing yourselves also. I have stated many times, you are all connected to everything so you will experience this no matter where in your life you may be at this point.
It is a time of greater energy frequencies as a portal opens from the Earth Mothers Core up and into and from the centre of the Universe. This heralds a significant shift towards the ascension process of the planet. Now, there is much talk of the activation of the Nine Crystals of Atlantis, but Atlantis is not something wholly believed by the masses, and so we feel cannot be activated fully until a critical mass point is reached. Critical mass is a numerical figure which brings to the Scales of Themis, of Libra, balance. Yes Balance dear children. This sacred time must be used wisely by those working as Lightworkers to assist in this anchoring of light into the Earth Mother and subsequently into the hearts of humanity, through the Crystal Grids placed upon the Earth at ancient and once sacred sites and places all around the globe.
I, and the other Ascended Masters, as you choose to call us, but remember we are
only another you, are working with very many people at this moment in time to bring
this about. If enough people can gather together in groups at the 9-
You are all connected to all that is, and so cannot avoid this powerful ascension process, yet you all have choices, as I have said so often of late. You can choose to welcome and embrace the adjustments, and when you do, you will find your lives becoming freer, easier and happier. It is only when you deny yourself the connections, fight the changes, that life becomes chaotic and traumatic. Use this time dear ones, to align yourselves with these powerful energies so you can accept the alchemical processes taking place and step into your own transmutation process, become who you were born to be, to become your destiny, for you all have one. Some may seem greater than others, but only in your own minds, for us, for the universe, you are all divine beings and all have the monumentous ability to become your own destinies.
You think you are seen as less than someone else. You are all perfect, all are divine love, and each purpose and destiny is as significant as another’s, why else would you be incarnated on Earth at this time, if there was not some divine purpose to your being ? Stop comparing yourselves to others, stop blaming others for your own feelings, thoughts, problems and difficulties. Wake yourselves up to yourselves and get on with building your own destinies, in so doing, these problems you perceive will disappear and you will realize you are another them, another us, another part of the whole. You are the problem and you are the cure.
Now, the Crystals, I spoke many moons ago regarding the return of Atlantis, rising once more and I spoke also that Atlantis would not rise as a physical structure but as a wave of spiritual aspects from deep within the consciousness of humanity, and this would be the experience of many. This is happening now. Sacred Geometry and Alchemical processes are all part of the rise of Atlantis once more. The Crystalline structures of the Earth Mother have become dormant from lack of reverence, respect and proper use, depleted by the atrocious abuse upon the Earth Mother.
But now the waves of light are revealing that enough critical mass of spiritual energy has arisen again upon the Earth Mother and within the hearts of Her human children, to allow the Crystalline grid to begin to stir and vibrate once more.
Your participation dear ones is much needed to keep the momentum flowing so their
original purpose of anchoring light into the Core of the Earth mother and into your
own DNA structures can begin to take place once more. No matter what your path or
calling in life, what station of living you enjoy -
Accept your own capabilities, do not measure them against another, against your level
of material wealth, these things are unimportant, just accept them as they are for
you at this time, then embrace the sacred 9-
Many of you are being called to gather groups together for special ceremonies at this time, if you are one of these then please continue to do so, soon more and more will come to you, gather your families, friends and all those who show potential to work with the ceremonies and sacred energies. Continue to teach and spread your light wherever you go for what we are gifting you at this time is of utmost importance that they are carried out.
Do not be despair if you are not receiving direct communication or instructions at this time, it does not mean that you are any less than these light workers, it simply means your true soul work lies in other area’s at this time on the Earth, such as reformation in the work place, bringing spirituality to the working fields of your material plane, or perhaps in working directly with the land or the creatures of the land, sea and air. There are many roles upon this Earth at this time and not all will be seen as spiritual, but please know that they are all of the utmost importance at this time. But I heed you to hear the calls of the light workers and join your energies with those that gather in ceremonies, it is important that you do so to bring energies together in a powerful circle.
There is no place now for separatism, for working alone, it must be in the past, it is important you are all working together in powerful groups, the larger the gathering, the stronger in power the energies will be, all the better for the Earth Mother and yourselves. Let go of petty disagreements, ego inflations, jealousy and issues of fear, greed and lack, let them go and join together. The darkness and chaos many of you are experiencing is because you fear and fight change.
Children, you are all the same matter as everyone else, as everything else, you are
a vibration, a frequency of sound and light. Step into your own oneness, then you
will begin to realize your oneness is the same oneness as that resides in all peoples,
all creatures, all stones and plants. Believe this or not as you choose, but it is
so, for you are all part of one vibration and that vibration can be heard in your
own physical heartbeat, in the heartbeat of your physical Mother and Father, in your
neighbors heartbeat, your children’s heartbeats, your pets and familiars and those
of the wild creatures, the sound can be heard in the Earth Mother Herself, the Great
Goddess Gaia, you are no different. Why fight with yourself ? -
The light from the Sun that warms your land, the light from the Moon, gentle and soft, from the Stars and Planets, it is all the same light as the eternal flame that resides within you all and can be seen glowing in your own personal energy fields.
Why do you all think you are so different from each other ? “ he is this, I’m that, she’s got this, I have not “ You are all the same, and when you awaken to this fact you will achieve the alchemy state because you will realize there is nothing “better” or “less than” to strive for or avoid.
This is the Ruby in the Emerald Sky that has been prophesied. The Emerald is you
own heart centre and the heart centre of the Earth Mother. The Ruby is the blood
that courses through your veins and your heart, a blood you share with every other
heart that beats inside a physical form upon your Earth. Awaken it now dear ones

Well, the 09-
We are now as Karen Bishop of www.emerginearthangels.com refers to us, Earth Angels. We are here to hold the light, but more importantly to shine that light in every dark corner that comes up. We are here to let others know that we are here, not to stand by and observe what happens next. It is time for us to speak up, show up and own our truth. Every level of our being is crying out for this now. That is what the energies of now are all about. That is why we feel so uncomfortable in our skins. That is why when we try to do things like we used to, it doesn’t work. Nothing is like it used to be. And certainly not us. If you are receiving my newsletters, you have an inkling that something is up with you. And surely, you must know also, that you are not in this alone. There are more and more gatherings taking place to get information out there to the masses. There are more newsletters being written on a regular basis to reach out and touch people and ignite that light that sets them in motion. It doesn’t all have to resonate with you, but at some level, there is something in everything you allow yourself to read and participate in that is to propel you forward on your journey. ‘Allow’ being the key word here. If you find that it is difficult for you to allow, you are probably in your head and not your heart. Being mindful of this is what will help you to move into your heart. For it is from the heart that we have the proper consciousness to move forward in a way that is not only beneficial and for the Higher Good of ourselves, but for the Higher Good of All.

Look around and help empower the people where you work, in your family and everyone that you come into contact with.
Yes, some of you have always been the leaders, and some of you have always been holding the door open saying, “Come on. You can make it! We can all go.” Sometimes you will not be trusted because you have been saying that for so long, but it does not make any difference. When you step in that direction now, it is no longer about you holding the door open for anyone else. It is about you stepping through the door yourself. It is about you daring to stand out there and say, “This is who I am. This is what I have. Judge me one way or another, it makes no difference. I am on my path, following my life’s purpose. And so it is.” That is what is taking place right now.
Your responsibility is to share your light in whatever way you comfortably can. That also means balancing your ego. Everyone is afraid of what happens when your ego becomes too inflated, because when that happens you cut yourself off from your source. It is easy for the deflated balloon to fall very rapidly and cause those problems, but that is not our concern for you here in these rooms. Our concern is for those of you who have too low of an ego, for those who will not stand up and say, “I have a candle of my own. I have something to share here.” Every person loses—including us—when you do not share your light from Home.

That which could have been very negative is now being adapted by the most adaptable beings throughout the universe…human beings. You are changing it all in the blink of an eye.
Humans have been manipulated over and over, and over again on this planet. It has
happened in almost every government, religion, and corporation. The way you can most
easily be manipulated is through your own fear. Start finding ways to break through
even the smallest pieces of your own fear, and you can no longer be manipulated on
planet Earth. That is starting to happen in a big way, but is going to take every
one of you working together. A single soul cannot stop the manipulation. However,
that is no problem because you are all part of each other and you are starting to
let down those boundaries, honoring that within each other. Can you imagine a planet
with beings that have evolved beyond the need for fear? That is true empowerment,
for when you empower anyone else outside of yourself you are also empowering yourself.
You are empowering and creating a space for that to happen. When you overcome this
place of fear and start looking at the opportunities for spreading light, you become
a magnet. As if magically, others will come to you with their fears and you will
be making a difference on this planet. That is what you have come to do and we are
here to help re-
Do not worry about the destination for there is none; it is all about the journey, so enjoy wherever you are in that journey right now. Dear ones, your whole world is changing. You have known this and have written about it for eons of time. You have known there was a big shift coming. Everyone postulated as to what exactly that looked like, and tried to find how you could speed it up. It is here, happening today, and it is continuing. All the dreams and aspirations you had once hoped for in the year 2012 are here today.
Yes, we are riding a wave. And yes, it is your choice how you ride that wave. So, move into that heart space consciousness and allow yourself to move forward rather than being carried under. There is no going back! My blessings to each of you on your journey at this time. You are all Universally as well as Divinely supported and encouraged to move forward. Hi All!
I'm guessing that I am not the only one feeling the friction that is being generated
now. When I have a week like last week (very trying) I remind myself that I am not
the only one having these experiences. 'These experiences' beng those of agitation,
one obstacle after another just getting through the day, the need to get as much
as possible done with the energy at hand, extreme energy peaks (high & low), busy
'night school', vibrational aches and pains, and not wanting to go 'out' into the
masses at all. Not to even mention Mercury retrograde, which has really been close
and personal in my face more than usual in getting out communications and my work
on the computer. I keep telling myself that 'this too will pass'. Sometimes we have
to be our own support and verbalize that encouragement that gets us through the moment.
Sometimes, our guidance uses that aspect of ourselves (self-
We are realizing the restructuring that has taken place in our lives. And it is profound.
And it is rippling out into the world and touching everything that is a part of us
and our lives. I am not talking on a global level -
Many of you who know me know that in the beginning when I got serious about my purpose
(2001-
The separate paths really confused me at the time. It felt like we were drifting
apart, although I was told by my guidance multiple times that it wouldn't happen
unless I allowed it to happen. Actually, now I understand that this was necessary
for both of us to continue to grow -
I even expressed my issues to my guidance about my being a Leo and being of the heart
desired and maybe even required that loving, touching, passionate feeling in the
heart to thrive. While, it is true that I am a being of the heart -
The changes or shifts that have taken place for us, individually and as a couple
could not have occurred had it not been for that proverbial shift in the road. There
were times when it was very painful at a heart level (and the mind chatter didn't
help at all). But I did persevere -
What has taken place is a stronger bonding between my husband and I based upon our growth rather than what our brains or physical body thought was pertinent to our relationship. There has been many shifts this year. This particular shift allowed me to let go of so much past baggage that I am renewed in so many ways as well as enthusiastic and anxious to get on with my work in service to others knowing that what has taken place for me has made me a clearer more perfectly genuine channel for Source to use in whatever way is necessary to assists others.
I see many things opening up for my husband in ways that he could only have received
by doing his own work, so to speak. We can deliver messages and healing words/work
to others, but if they truly aren't ready to allow it into their hearts, it just
isn't going to happen. It has to be their choice. All along, we continued to share
information and experiences with each other, but we were not necessarily going through
the experiences together -
Not taking the separate paths for a period of time would totally have inhibited our
growth. I am very aware of the restructuring that has taken place in my life and
my relationship with my husband. I find myself expressing gratitude for each and
every step of the journey these days. I find that I have reached a place in which
my gratitude for everything aspect of my life outweighs wants, needs, or desires.
I have learned that it is my perspective that makes my journey what it is. I have
now reached a place of total gratitude for the entire journey -
I share this personal experience with you because I know that many of you are having the same experience albeit in a way that is appropriate for your journey. The energies of now offer us the opportunity to find our strengths, define our boundaries (still), and utilize the new compassion that honors the journey of others, especially those we love and are close to. We cannot allow ourselves to get caught up in the journeys of others, because it will not only inhibit their growth, but ours as well. Spirit and the Universe really do know what they are doing. We are the ones that are influenced by so much outside energy that really has nothing to do with our journey. Stay focused and persevere. Your guidance is painting that yellow brick road as you embark on your journey and put one foot in front of the other.
It is my wish that you too have had a week of revelations and arriving at a place of gratitude. This is an awesome place to be. We are in exciting times. We have moved into that new paradigm and within the next few weeks will have some profound and intense realizations and awakenings. The'magic' is revealing itself at our every turn.

Hi All!
As I connect with guidance on what this newsletter is to contain, I am reminded of a sense of 'urgency' that seems to be dominant at this time. Urgency to 'get on board'. Urgency to find purpose. Urgency to 'catch up'. Urgency to release any and all residual 'baggage' once and for all. Urgency to move forward and to know which way is forward. Urgency to 'get in shape or get healthy'. Urgency to do whatever is required as far as the 'next step'.
Most feel a sense of 'urgency' right now and can't quite put their finger on what it is that is so urgent. We then tend to place that 'urgency' where we think it belongs in our life. The urgency that is being felt is more of a 'quickening' that lets us know that we are moving forward at an accelerated rate into the energies of the new paradigm. We, in fact, are already working in the energies of the 2012 timeline. We are accessing those energies to facilitate the transition/transformation that we are shifting into. We don't really have to understand this. Just knowing that it is happening, taking responsibility for ourselves, and trusting that everything is in Divine Order is enough. There are those that feel that they must 'do' something. All there really is to 'do' is to 'be'. Be in present time and focus on the here and now.
Of course, we feel the quickening. We are nearing a shift that we can only imagine
what will take place as no one else has experienced it. Unless...you consider the
fact that we are not alone in the cosmos and we are part of a much larger picture
than we could ever imagine. When we consider or rather listen to what we are told
is going to happen -
I am constantly amazed at the different ways that Spirit and the Universe reaches out to me and shares miracles and information all while helping me to 'experience' this journey. Each day I am brought together with someone that mirrors an aspect of myself or an experience that is pertinent to my journey.
I am consistently experiencing 'aha' moments that help to bring much in perspective for me. Information is being provided to me that is helping me to understand my profound connection to the earth and what my purpose at this time is. A channeling that was shared with me stated that 'we are the manifestation of the Earth.' At the very moment that I read that, I resonated with it at a heart level. This is what the quickening is about. The Earth is on her cyclical move into a shift that occurs every so many thousands of years, and we are the 'chosen' ones to experience this shift with her. She feels through us. When the norm is chaos, that is what she is experiencing as well. This energy keeps playing out back and forth. This is why it is important to find peace within each of ourselves in order to have peace on a global scale. PEACE begins with us.
Another important message that I received this week, is that the game of life on Earth is really all about learning about ourselves and experiencing growth in a variety of ways. The Earth in turn experiences life through us. It is much like our own physical body in that it is made up of gazillions of microorganisms. In a book that I am reading now (for the second time and it is much more meaningful to me this time around), The Handbook of the Navigator by Eric J. Pepin, he states that "Gaia (the ancient word for Earth) is a conscious living being and mankind is the nervous system of that being. Lives are the experiences of Gaia. Thoughts and emotions are accumulated and form a collective being; a collective consciousness. The total collective thoughts of every conscious thing on this planet form the consciousness of the planet. This is the collective consciousness. Multitudes of frequencies, each unique to each species, create this consciousness."
At one point this week I was taken into a vision that was an endless cave with no sides and the top and bottom was perfectly smooth. I was the only one in the cave and having an inner dialogue with myself along the lines of, 'Wonder where I am this time? It's a good thing I am not claustrophobic. Looks like I am alone but doesn't feel like I am alone.' The area was dimly lit enough that I could see, but there was nothing to see. For the most part, it was fairly unimpressive. I was then told to lie down and receive. Ok, so I did what I was told without question. I have learned the feeling that goes with my guidance and so act with total trust that I am being guided into an experience that will serve the present journey. As I lay down I noticed the ground was neither cold or hot. And though it was rock hard, or so appeared, it seemed to conform to my body. Within a few seconds, I began to receive energy in waves rising up from the ground and entering my whole body. I could feel the energy vibrations. I could see the waves of energy rising up through my body. I could hear a humming that filled the entire area. I could feel the upload that was taking place. It was as if I was in a sort of 'frequency chamber'. I was told that this was the Hall of Records. I was receiving information that was detrimental to my journey. Upon coming out of the vision I felt such peace and knowing and at the same time a sense of strength I have never felt.
This week for me has been all about my connection to the Earth. She feels what I am feeling and vice versa. We are a vital part of the Earth and the journey that she is on. A Chinese Proverb says 'The journey is the reward.' We are so concerned with the destination that we are not taking the time to appreciate and enjoy the journey. Regardless of where you are and what you have come to understand or believe, your journey is a blessing. Just as there is not another being like you, your journey is unique also. It is unique to YOU. No matter how much we may be like someone else, we are still unique unto ourselves and cannot be replicated. Your vibration is unique and so what you project out into the world is likewise unique. It is your signature, your trademark. Use it wisely and treasure it for you are truly a one of a kind!
In the next few weeks much be be revealed to us about what has actually taken place over the last six months. There has been much change and restructuring. What we are experiencing now is the residual of anything we have not detached from that is still third density. As we have focused on raising our vibration, we now must understand that anything still attached to the third density will inhibit our moving forward. Again we are being encouraged to detach and define our boundaries.
The channel this week is one that I have read several times and it reaches deep into my heart and soul. It came at a time when as stated earlier I was being shown my connection to the Earth and how my journey was playing out as I continue to work in service to others and facilitate their shifting on their journey. I find myself a little overwhelmed as this profound awakening occurrs within myself. Each day I am finding that as I gaze into the mirror, I know this Divine Being and I deeply respect and honor it and the purpose it is playing in this Game of Life!

Hi All!
Well, if you are having the same experiences I am having, you are feeling kind of dazed and confused. We are about to have some revelations about what the journey of the last six months or so have been about. While the present journey is very fulfilling, what I am experiencing personally is some residual 'stuff' and my guidance is pushing some of my buttons.
I experienced a tremendous release on Sunday facilitated while watching a movie.
Since this release I have felt like a part of me has moved on. I have felt like I
was not all here, if that makes sense. As coincidence would have it, I sat down to
take a break from the computer on Sunday and flipped on the TV (something I do very
rarely). The movie "Marley and Me" was on. Now, you all know that I am an animal
person (specifically cats). Well for some reason I was compelled to watch this movie
even though I had missed the first 20 or 30 minutes of it. About half way through
it, I saw where it was going. I wanted to turn off the TV, but something wouldn't
let me. It is a good movie but not so good that you can't turn it off. By the end
of the movie, I found myself sobbing uncontrollably. I couldn't even shut it down.
It went on for about an hour or so. I was having a hard time understanding where
it was all coming from -
Monday, I was totally focused in my work but felt like there was a part of me missing. This feeling continued through today and then I had a revelation that this was all about releasing once and for all a part of me that was all about the physical. The reason it feels a bit uncomfortable is because I am still very much in the physical, but now I am aware of the physical being that is my vehicle and not me. What was released was the emotions and feelings that went with the physical. It is very hard to explain, but it's definitely an awakening.
I hope I am not losing you as I try to explain all of this. In the midst of this,
I have been caring for a sick kitty, Tigger, who is very loving but still wild enough
that she won't let me handle her much. She and I have a special relationship. It
is one of total respect and trust -
That night in dreamtime she came in (she sleeps in my beside me in bed) and showed me that she was drinking the water and that she would be eating the very next morning. The next morning I could tell that she had drank about half a bowl of water and she acted excited about food. She seemed eager when I put out the morning treat and ate every bit of it asking for more. I was reminded that when we take the time to stop and communicate eye to eye, especially with our companion animals (as well as others) that we accomplish exactly what we set out to do. We humans have a tendency to make things harder than they are meant to be.
This same night I experienced the all-
Still another night, there was a dream that I had released some baggage associated with my 27 year corporate job that I have been gone from for 7 years now. This played out in a scenario in which I was back there at work (obviously to tend to some unfinished business) but there were none of the 'old' feelings that went with that particular part of the journey. It 'felt' completely different.
It is interesting to note that things can be so deeply imprinted in our being that we can't release them even if we want to. When we reach a certain point on our journey that it is exactly that release that we need in order to move forrward, it's comforting to know that if we desire that release in order to move forward on our journey, the Universe will come to our aid.
I 'see' that there were many things that came into play to assist with this release and realization. Coincidentally (hehe) I just purchased a hand held crystal bowl in the note of 'F' for the heart chakra. Coincidentally (hehe) I have had the opportunity to play this bowl a lot in the last week. Holding it with my left hand and playing it with my right, it reverberates all throughout my body. It is a very unique tool and already has served me very well :)
I am reminded that we are still in a place that we need to again define our boundaries
and detach from the residual 'stuff' as we focus to move forward. If you have had
things come up and have at least been able to recognize them for what they are, then
you have to give yourself a hug for catching yourself before becoming consumed by
them as you once may have. I am also reminded that it is OK to say 'No'. In fact,
sometimes it is required in order to facilitate a lesson for someone else -
This week, I have realized all that I have accomplished since 1998 and I am amazed. As I reflect back, I am in a state of gratitude. It is easy to get distracted. It is easy to get involved in someone else's journey so you won't have to tend to your own. It is easy to 'check out' so you don't have to take responsibility for yourself and your actions. But I have never been one to take the easy way out. It seems that when obstacles or challenges have been put in my path, it made me that much more determined to persevere. I can assure you that if you hold it in your heart what you desire for yourself and focus on your journey, it will arrive. You are about to find out for yourself just how far you have come and what you have accomplished in just a very short time.
I share with you my own personal experiences, visions and dreams to assure you that we are all very much alike in our aspirations and journey. Yours is unique to you, but the object of the journey is the same.

The New Moon in Libra on Sunday moved us into a 2 1/2 year journey of reviewing our
relationships -
Much continues to shift and transmute as we are coming online with the new paradigm
that is in place now. The energy has been set to carry us into and through 2012 and
will continue to expand. My guidance communicates to me to stay totally focused on
my journey and going forward and the importance of not allowing myself to get distracted.
The ego starts to play mind games when we get distracted. Even as our energy peaks
at highs and lows, the ego starts working it's way through the emotions. As we move
forward, we are guided to detach from certain aspects of our lives in making way
for the new, and of course this can be emotional. We are reminded that we are the
'Way-
It is paramount that we honor ourselves by not feeding into the drama of others and specifically the world in general. The winds of change are upon us and as unsettling as this can be at times, it is exciting at the same time. My guidance tells me to reach out to others in any way I can. I would suggest that the same can be said for any of you. It is by reaching out to others at this time that you will find the most peace for yourself. You will find strength and wisdom in reaching out to others.
As we become more spiritually advanced, we are able to feel the rhythm of the life of the planet more intensely. We are able to feel the movement and transformation. This is us returning to our Divine Blueprint. We are meant to move in synchronicity with the planet. This is only the beginning of one very long, very magical journey. The most important thing you can do for yourself is enjoy the ride. Resistance is futile.

Hi All!
Things seem to be moving a bit in some aspects and then in others are slowing down again. Since last newsletter, I have noticed that many seem to be in physical pain and barely able to cope if at all. I have bouts with my sleeping and eating requirements that swing from one extreme to the other. This last weekend, I experienced pain in specific areas of my body that I was assured by guidance was nothing to be concerned about as long as I nurtured myself; however, that did not help or ease the discomfort. What guidance says is that when we experience this, it is by resting (sleeping in particular) that will take our minds off it so we are not focused on it and drawing energy to it. In each case for me, it was a day of this and a day of that. The blessing was that at least it wasn’t all of it at once.
There has been much communication from guidance through dreams as well as uploading.
As I was feeling REALLY sluggish yesterday and began inquiring about what is going
on now, my guidance told me that we are winding down the energy uploads of 2009.
Of course, we have a few more months to go, but it’s like coming to a slow halt.
They actually use 2 examples to help me to understand as well as passing this information
on to others. It’s like a generator powering down just before it kicks in even stronger
or having to utilize the clutch in a car to switch gears -
In the next few months you will continue to see extreme highs and lows. When we feel
good and really energetic, we want to go out and conquer everything -
Some of the many aspects of the energy shifting that's being seen now that's associated
with the uploading/downloading, encoding/decoding: dizziness, nausea, tingling sensation
in extremeties, quaking of the physical body, lightheadedness, heaviness in movement,
needing more sleep, finding yourself more thirsty (for water) than usual -
The older, ‘obsolete’ energies are fading as the new energies are kicking in which
explains the ‘sluggishness'. Perhaps it would have been easier if we could have just
released all of the older energies all at once and then been infused with the newer
ones immediatly following the release -
It doesn’t help any when we insist on holding onto something from the past like it is a trophy or security blanket. This is when the real pain kicks in. So when you experience the kind of pain that takes your breath away or distracts your focus, ask yourself ‘what could I be holding on to that doesn’t serve my present journey?’
On to something guidance has brought up for me lately (again) is ‘truth’. What is your truth? It is not where you’ve been and what you have experienced so much as it is where you are presently and where you are going. The only purpose the past serves is to provide us with information when we need to access it to assist in the present journey or to share with someone else in order to facilitate their growth. It serves no other purpose other than weighing us down and holding us back. Realizing your 'truth' will help you to release the past.
Each one of us creates our experiences by our thoughts and feelings. No person, place, nor thing has any power over us, for "we" are the creators via our thoughts. When we create peace, harmony, and balance in our minds, we will have it in our lives.
Our subconscious mind accepts whatever we choose to believe. What you choose to think about yourself and about life becomes true for you. Our choices are literally unlimited. How will you choose. This is where the awareness and consciousness comes in. When we become aware of our thoughts and feelings and realize whether they are creating peace, harmony and balance for us or just the opposite.
'The Point of Power Is Always in the Present Moment'
All the events you have experienced in your lifetime up to this moment have been created by your thoughts and beliefs held from your past. They were created by the thoughts and words you used yesterday, last week, last month, last year, 10, 20, 30, or more years ago, depending on your age.
However, that is your past. It is over and done with. What is important in this moment is what you are choosing to think and believe and say right now. For these thoughts and words will create your future. Your point of power is in the present moment and forming the experience of tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, and so on. In order to excel in this new paradigm, we must release our old ways, surrender our control and allow the Light to guide us through the transition.

This all really is very simple if we just 'Let Go and Let God'. Allow yourself to progress through this transition with grace and ease. It really is all up to you. Hi All!
Well, I had a truly interesting week last week. The Universe gave me time off that I wouldn't have otherwise taken for myself. My guidance actually informed me that I was going to be glad that I had been given the time off. I reluctantly honored what the Universe was showing me, but I had bouts of feeling unproductive and guilty from being off. I got to spend time with myself (as well as my critters) and do a little 'reflecting' on where I am on my path. I had plenty to do and stayed busy, although I would have rather been busy in service. The work that I do is what I love. I love being of service to others and so there is never a day that I don't feel like participating or going in. There's no reason to take off unless something else comes up that requires my attention. I haven't had a full week off at one time in about 7 years unless I was traveling and doing workshops.
It is not like the corporate job that I had for 27+ years that got to the point I
looked forward to the holidays and my vacation and, oh my gosh, Fridays. Monday's
were Monday's all-
I wanted with all my heart to work with animals and yet didn't know how I would fit in with that because I knew without a doubt that I couldn't work in a veterinary office. I didn't have the heart for it. I wanted to work somehow in communication with the animals. I wanted to be able to communicate with them and assist them on their journeys. I wanted to own a rescue sanctuary. (Who out there is saying 'Honey, if you didn't have the heart for a veterinary office how could you possibly have the heart for a rescue sanctuary?') I had no idea of what it really entailed. I just knew in my heart that I wanted to help the animals.
Over the course of 3 years, I went to Mount Shasta, California and took 3 weekend intensive workshops with Sharon Callahan on animal communication. It was the most enlightening experience of my life. To be in that environment and with Sharon and some of the other high energy people that participated was such a blessing. My husband also accompanied me on these trips and I watched him transform his whole belief system where animals were concerned. Mount Shasta is one of the highest energy vortexes on Earth. Once you go there, you will never forget it and you will ALWAYS long to return. It is truly magical.
When the Universe lovingly set me on my path of purpose by facilitating my being 'laid off' due to restructuring of the company, I was devastated. My comfort zone had been shattered. However, this is exactly what I had been requesting for SIX years prior to the actual happening. As I walked out of my boss' office, my guidance said, 'Well, you wouldn't quit any other way. How many times have you been given the perfect opportunity to quit and seek your TRUE self and purpose?' I actually felt embarassed as I could remember at least 4 other times that everything was in place to allow my resignation.
The very next day I was offered the opportunity that I had requested. I was offered a job working in an animal rescue shelter with about 250 cats (The next best thing to owning your own sanctuary, right?). When I was offered the job, I couldn't believe my ears. My guidance said very clearly, 'Well, you do want to work with animals don't you?' I was excited and at the same time not sure how this was going to work.
I got the opportunity to put my training to work and do exactly what I had wanted
to do -
Little did I know that within just a few months I would be in such pain from the experience that I would think I was dying. I had no idea that I could take in the pain and suffering of the animals. I knew this could be done with people, but didn't realize that I was such an open channel that I just took it all in and without realizing that I was holding on to it. I gave each and every animal at the shelter my undivided attention and love. I knew almost every name of every animal there. The guardians of the shelter would come to me to ask the names of the animals. If they got the name wrong the animal would tell me. I was communicating with the animals in a way that the people who ran the shelter were not familiar with and yet they totally trusted me when I went to them and told them of a problem with a certain animal. And without fail, I was able to help them heal and know love like many had never experienced. I was even able to see where my presence was serving the people over the shelter. I was an anchoring energy that enabled change and transformation for the shelter.
During the 5+ years that I was there, I saw many changes that were made to assist not only the animals but the ones overseeing the shelter. It was one of the best opportunities of my life to be able to serve the animals in that capacity. It took courage unlike any I'd known before when I was told by guidance that I had to detach from the situation. The people that owned the shelter were actually talking about my taking over the shelter when they passed on as they were getting up in age. It was time to move on and into the next plateau of my mission. But I had gained a tremendous amount of wisdom, knowledge and experience in energy transference and healing, as well as the discipline that goes with all of that.
It was then that I was able to move totally into my truth and accept that I was exactly what I had aspired to be all those years ago. Much of my childhood came rushing in and made total sense. My connections to spirit, my guides, nature, the rocks, and, of course, the animals all had helped me at that time to realize exactly who I was and my purpose here. Things began moving so fast, I didn't have time to 'think' about the direction in which I was moving. I just went with the flow and trusted that I was being guided and placed exactly where I was supposed to be. Sure, there were days that I got in my own way, but my guidance was patient with me (to a point) and without fail I was always given validation and confirmation.
During the transition from the corporate world into my 'truth and purpose', I remember a friend telling me that he used to wake up in the morning in dread of the day, thinking 'Oh God!' Once he made his own transition, he began waking up looking forward to the day and the magic it beheld and the phrase'Oh God!' took on a whole new meaning. I know this feeling now. I wake up looking forward to each day and the wonder and magic (as well as surprises) it promises. What a difference in perspective change can make in your life if you just allow it. I can look at what comes along now as a chance to grow at every turn rather than feeling like I am being challenged.
I wish this for each and every one that I come in contact with. It is not something that will necessarily take place overnight, but it can. All things are possible. We are all being guided now into our truth and that place which we will serve out of for the next few years, and then it will change again. This whole Earth experience is about change. Growth. Empowerment. There are little signs everywhere that are placed along the path to trigger our remembering of our identity and orgins. As we have heard before, the destination is not really that important. It is the journey that matters.
So much is opening up for all of us now. We have so much to look forward to, from
the opportunities that are opening up to the wonderful new connections that we are
being given. This month, November, is all about transcedence. It will be a month
of much change. Actually, much of the change has already happened, it is going to
be realized now the depth to which change has occurred for each of us. Don't take
off the seatbelt just yet. There is still a bit more of the rollercoaster ride left.
We are about to take that BIG dip and circle around -
Just remember, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE. That is a Universal promise. My guidance
says that, 'There is no such thing as failure. If you don't try, you will never know
what may have come about from the experience, but you CANNOT fail. You learn a lesson
each time you perservere and you gain from the experience wisdom and knowledge that
you could not possibly have attained any other way. It's all a means of growing -

Today, as humanity stands at the edge of the 2012 window, increasing numbers of people are realizing that these aren't ordinary times.
There is plenty of media focus on 2012, but it's more than that. You don't have to be a psychic or historian to feel the magnitude of changes occurring today. You can feel the undercurrent of change even if you don't regularly watch the news.
Most likely, you feel more uncertain about your future than you did a few years ago. As you observe your world's fragile state, you no doubt wonder how humanity can come together with the needed solutions for the growing list of concerns.
You don't need to understand politics or economics to know that your planet is at a tipping point. You can see it all around you.
Similarly, you don't need to be on the path of conscious awakening to feel the acceleration in time. Everyone feels it. All of the people around you are working with the same 24 hours you are. Time pressures are felt by anyone connected with the pulse of modern society.
It's more than simply growing older and feeling you have less time to live before you die.
What is the bigger picture here? How do you make sense of the linear yardstick humans call time? How can you intelligently approach the topics of time, the 2012 date, and the massive shifting occurring?

5 Things to Do to Stay Sane
1. Update your relationship with time. Separate out your need for order and your need to be fully present with life. Your only true power to create is from the now. Let go of your war with time, with deadlines, and with your growing to do list.
Acknowledge that everyone gets baffled by time. As you become more multidimensional, time takes on a new meaning. To be sure, your clocks and calendars are convenient tools. They provide a practical way to describe the events of your life.
Clock time is a measuring stick you use to set up meetings and arrange the details of your day. Calendars are also measuring sticks, while helping you to track seasons and cycles.
Beyond these practicalities, the use of psychological time is relative and not helpful for living in the present moment. That one instant, as it occurs, is the only one from which you can make changes.
2. Become friends with change. There will be lots more of it. The great quickening is now in full swing, with humanity's awakening accelerating at a rapid pace.
You are an integral part of that process, the shifting happening inside of you. There is much you want to change about the world you see. The most productive way to initiate those changes is to focus on being as loving and kind as you can be. Include yourself in the equation!
Whatever challenges you face become the energetic fuel of your path of light. Your obstacles, when faced and transformed, become luminous gems you share with the world. Rather than complaining about how many problems you have, express gratitude for the luminous gems you can create and share.
3. Keep dates like 2012 and other linear reference points in perspective. The great shift occurring in the window of 2012 is more of a process than a single event. This evolutionary progression has been unfolding with increasing momentum during your lifetime.
Whenever something ends, something new can begin. That's what you want, after all, something brand new!

4. Avoid shutting down your senses. Your physical and intuitive senses are integral to your ascension into the higher frequencies. You don't want to numb them with substances, overwork, or a nonstop diet of media input.
Your body is the Earthly temple for your soul. It will give you vital information about what's important, what and who to trust, and what's out of balance.
Your emotions can be your greatest helper or your worst enemy. Learn to identify how you feel, when you feel it. Become intelligent about how you respond to what you feel. Decide that you will use your emotions as a beneficial tool for your growth, with harm to none including you.
If you realize you are anxious or depressed, address your feelings without judgment.
Remember that anyone can feel these things. The key is to find solutions so you don't

Underneath the anxiousness, when you go deep enough, there is pure joy! Your genuine self is joyful and intuitive. Those qualities are naturally within you and within everyone you meet.
Your intuition is like the gift that keeps giving. The more you intentionally work with it, the more it helps you to flower into your highest potential.
5. Look deeper than surface appearances. You need to learn to look beyond what is presented, beyond what is announced as fact. These are times of increasing transparency, but it is consciousness that will determine how you see things.
Not everyone will perceive events the same way. Those who aren't ready or don't want to see the truth will have their own version. Don't feel you must convince them on your timetable. Don't give your energy away in senseless arguments.
Stay in your center, in your own truth. Remember that truth relates to the eternal realms. In those realms, no proof or manipulation is required. Truth simply is.

Hi All!
The rest of this year is going to be important in preparing for the coming energies surrounding 2012 (in which we are already in the throes of). If you are ready to move into that aspect of yourself that takes responsibility for your life, your actions and your path, then rest assured that the Universe is taking names and kicking butt in helping you to arrive there and removing ANYTHING that is holding you down or back. This sometimes falls under 'tough love'.
Spirit showed me something yesterday that has been working on me all day today. I
went to the Memphis Zoo for the first time in years (between 10-
The animals were all so magnificent, but I have to admit that the wild cats, bears and wolves really touched me as I wove my way through a place that was nothing like I remembered it being. As I walked around and visited with the various animals and was guided to hang around certain animals a little more than others, I felt a stirring deep in my heart and soul that assured me that a shift had definitely taken place. The animals displayed a remarkable essence of peace. As I made eye contact or heart contact with as many as possible, the message I got was:
'We are all shifting together. When you connect with the earth, as that is your soul
reason for being here, you can feel that there is no need to 'fear' what is taking
place. It is a wonderful and magical time of revealing everything that is not only
around you, but inside of you. You are being guided to take advantage of the Divine
Guidance that is available to you to release the 'fear' at every level and let LOVE
and PEACE replace it. You have taken many steps this year, as it has all been about
raising your vibation, and you have really accomplished so very much. Now, as you
reflect on not only your individual lives, but on the transformation that has taken
place all around you, surely you must know that YOU have facilitated a miraculous
shift. As you look around, feel what you have assisted in creating. Feel it with
your heart and soul. Really, allow yourself to take it all in. The Universe is observing

My guidance took me to the zoo to provide me with confirmation as well as newly instilled inspiration. My day at the zoo reminded me the intensity of the shift that has occurred. My daughter and friend enhanced this experience as their youthful energies were indicative of the 'new wave' that is upon us. I am, as always, deeply grateful for the message and the revelation. It is profoundly inspiring and comforting to know what has transpired. Sometimes we feel as though we are making no progress. This was a wonderful way to deliver this message and to reveal to me the 'new world' that I was already experiencing. As the saying goes, Spirit works in miraculous ways. Always!

Hi All,
If you haven't already, you may be experiencing a 'test' as facilitated by the Universe to see if you respond/react from ego (head) or heart. I have experienced a few of these myself over the last 5 days or so and it seems they continue. This is a review of where you have come from and the intensity of change that has occurred not only in your life but within your very being during the course of 2009.
We are wrapping up 2009 and there are some pretty significant dates to note coming
up. Following the 11-
In my circumstances in the past few days, I was inclined to first speak what came into my head, but stopped by my Higher Self and shifted into the heart space which enabled me to change the dynamics of the situation altogether. It was like there were multiple energies operating out of my body and each time a situation came up, the energy of myself that was hanging onto the third density energies was pushed aside giving it less energy to thrive on. Each time we do this, we are releasing more and more of the residual energies still residing in the lower vibrational energies. Each time we choose love and coming from the heart we are raising our vibration and building on that energy. Each time we come from a place of love rather than ego we move more into our purpose, our truth and back into alignment with our Divine Spiritual self.
I find that the third density stuff is creeping in here and there just for the purpose of allowing me to intentionally release it. As if to verbalize, 'I DON"T NEED THIS ANYMORE! I AM DONE WITH IT!', once and for all. This allows for moving forward and into the higher energies. And it definitely involves those we care about. If you find yourself frustrated with someone you love and normally would be able to just ignore the feelings, you are probably being moved to really get something off your chest or release, so to speak. It is increasingly more difficult to hold back or suppress what you are feeling. You will be seeing a lot of this in the coming weeks as it is the final gesture of the Universe to free yourself from old belief systems and old baggage. The loved ones involved are actually your mirror and there to assist you in this phase of your journey. Don't let the 'issue' at hand cloud your heart. Move into that heart space and use that strength you may not have had to call on before to rise above the situation. Be the Love and Light that you are by nature.
Following is information from 4 different sources. Much of what is coming in now is the same. We are being given the guidance, support and encouragement to move forward in a very powerful way. Know in your heart that you have the capability to do whatever it takes to move forward and you are in very good company. We are on the last leg of the journey for 2009. We can do this! We ARE doing this! Just look at how far we have come in just 2009. Yes the energies are still intense. It is because we are moving through this energy of transcendence, which is what 2009 has all been about.
